Re-Roof

Kasey Dalton Roofing will help you determine whether your home requires a “re-roof” or “tear-off”. “Re-roof” means that your existing roof is in need of new shingles. When we inspect your roof we make sure that an additional roof can be installed over the existing roof. Soft spots may indicate rotten decking. We pay close attention to the areas, such as valleys, skylights, vents and around chimneys. We also check to see how many layers of roofing material you have on your roof. In the mid-south area, Building Code only allows for 2 layers of shingles. If you have 2 or more layers of shingles on your roof, we will have to tear off all existing shingles. During this process Kasey Dalton Roofing will help you through the hardest part of selecting a new roof. There are so many options, we will surely address any questions you may have and guide you through the color selection that best fits your color scheme and type of roof.

During the process of installing your new roof, we will make sure all your landscaping and gutters are protected. And once the job is finished we clean all gutters and take away all debris. A sweep magnet is run to collect all nails. Having you protected is our upmost concern!

All of our employees are well trained and have a great amount of experience when it comes to residential re-roofs. Through all stages of your job, Kasey Dalton Roofing will be checking to ensure that your property stays as clean and safe as a construction project can be.

Kasey Dalton Roofing will treat your home as if it were their own.
