We just want to say how absolutely delighted we were with the new roof. Your recommendation of the Elk Capstone Fossil Gray was exactly the look I wanted to achieve with the specifications, warranty and expected lifetime I needed. It looks fabulous, just like a slate roof! The before and after photos show this pretty well, but the pictures just don’t do it justice.
Your team showed up on schedule first thing in the morning and worked hard all day to get the old shingles off, re-felt and place the new shingles. I never had to worry about a thing. They did a wonderful job, took great care with my roses, Japanese Maple and other landscaping and left behind nary a trace. I wish all contractors were as reliable, painless, easy to work with and exact as you are.
My husband and I shopped very thoroughly, getting several estimates for our roof replacement project and looking at all possible brands, qualities and styles of shingles. We were initially impressed with your responsive communication. Your competitive price, wide variety of products, complete service and six nails per shingle made the choice easy.
Kasey-Dalton delivered as promised quickly and professionally. It has been a pleasure working with you and I will be happy to recommend you to anyone wanting a new roof.
